Step 1: Our inspector will schedule an appointment with you and perform a complete assessment of your home (there is a $200 charge due at the initial inspection that will be applied to your OneCall Preferred Customer contract).
Step 2: We will prepare an itemized report including regular maintenance items, areas that require immediate attention and repair, and items that will require attention in the future.
Step 3: Our inspector will meet with you and explain your report, answering any questions and addressing any concerns you may have. The inspector will help you select which services you would like to have in your maintenance plan.
